Len recruits for medium to large medical device manufactures, medical information systems companies, and medical and pharmaceutical distribution corporations throughout the United States, bringing them talented professionals ranging from Senior Level Sales, to Vice Presidents. As the newest member of the Lakewood Group team, Ian Holmes has spent over 5 years working in the commercial construction industry up and down the west coast. With a range of experience in commercial construction types including industrial, retail, education, medical, hotel, and restaurant construction as both a general contractor and trade contractor, Ian brings a thorough insight of the industry to his clients. With the primary objective to “Focus on People,” Ian strives to connect general contractors and top talent with the common goal to advance the success of the company. Utilizing past experience and his understanding of the industry, Ian has gained many valuable tools which allow him to provide these staffing services and directly assist both the employers and the candidates. Currently, Ian manages key accounts in the commercial construction industry throughout Washington, Oregon, and California.

Ian is an Oregon State University graduate with a Bachelor degree in Construction Engineering Management.
